Approximate 2 - 3 minute video with photos you supply. We generally work with between 20 - 40 pictures. Please include inside, outside with landscaping, deck, pool, etc. Also neighborhood shots if you want to highlight cul-de-sac, area shopping, etc. We'll work wonders with what you send. We use editing software to make the photos appear to move like a video. We add text, background music, and edit. We will upload your branded video to YouTube if you desire. This is a perfect option for "for-sale-by-owner" and Realtor's that do not desire a virtual tour on MLS

for MLS Unbranded & Branded for website $99 2-3 minute high definition video tour of a property using your pictures. Same as above, with text and set to background music. Branded with your contact information, optional picture of you and/or company logo with your website. We supply a link for you to upload to your website, and we can upload to youtube.com. We also produce the same video without any contact
information, suitable for MLS upload as a virtual tour. We supply a link for
you to upload to your MLS listing. You can also upload to Realtor.com. We provide 2 DVD's of the branded tour, with a label showing a picture of the home, the address
and your contact information.
Seasonal Changes - If seasonal changes require new outside footage and re-editing of your tour $25 DVD's with label of color photo of home & contact info - $5 each  |
