• UPLOAD TO WEB SITES   We furnish a link for you to upload to your Home Tour on a hosted site. You have the option of uploading your finished home video tour to your own Realtor or personal website, or a for-sale-by-owner website. We add your contact information, optional picture and/or company logo.

With the PREMIUM video, we give you a link to your video with your contact information, plus a link to a second video that is UNBRANDED. This video is accepted on MLS listings as a virtual tour. You may also upload to Realtor.com (may include a fee depending on your membership level with Realtor.com). Also with the PREMIUM video, we can upload your branded home video tour to our www.youtube.com account, www.youtube.com/myhousevid. By uploading to YouTube, your listing becomes a Google Search listing. Many more potential buyer's will see your listing.

Plus with the PREMIUM video, we give you two DVD copies of your branded video, complete with a picture of the front of the home on the DVD and your contact information. These are great to share with the client, potential clients and also to use on listing presentations to set you apart from other Realtor's.

Additional copies of labeled DVD's are available for $5 each. Some Realtor's hand these out at open houses, or have available at the home for showing agents to give to their clients.

 

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE?   Editing, production time, compression, etc. take approximately 3-5 hours. We try to have your tour online in 1-2 days if possible.
